Reconstruction of the village of Balakhany on Absheron.

During 2018-2019, Balakhany, one of the oldest villages on the Absheron Peninsula was completely reconstructed. Decent living conditions were created for the citizens living there: a sewerage system was laid, new electrical cables were installed, Internet was provided, house roofs, windows and doors were replaced. The facades of most buildings have also been renovated.
